2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing novaridpets.com or initiating a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This document, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitutes a binding contract. If you do not consent to these provisions, please refrain from using our services.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that all account information is current and accurate. You are solely liable for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities occurring under your account.
4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
An order is considered a formal offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only established once we have processed your payment and issued an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock fluctuations, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. PRICING AND TAXATION
All costs displayed at checkout, including shipping fees and applicable taxes, are final. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount. Import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are for planning purposes only and are not guarantees. Unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier service. We are not liable for delays resulting from logistical constraints or customs clearance.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
We offer all customers a voluntary 14-day unconditional withdrawal right for online orders.
Period: You may cancel your order without providing any reason within 14 calendar days starting from the date you (or a designated third party) receive the ordered items.
Procedure: TTo exercise this withdrawal right, send a cancellation notice to our official email service@novaridpets.com and include your valid order number.
Consequences: Provided that all goods are returned unused and in their original intact condition, we will process a full refund of the product purchase price (original outbound shipping fees excluded where applicable) within 14 days upon receipt of your cancellation notification.
8. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES
We comply with the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Colorado state consumer protection laws for all product quality standards:
Express Warranty: All our pet products carry a 2-year express warranty covering manufacturing defects from the delivery date of your order. This warranty supplements the implied warranty of merchantability provided under the Uniform Commercial Code.
Reporting Defects:If your item arrives damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the product description, contact us at service@novaridpets.com within 7 calendar days upon receipt. Please attach clear photos or videos showing the product issue for verification.
Resolution:Upon full review and validation of your supporting materials, we will resolve all eligible warranty claims at our sole discretion via free repair, product replacement, or partial/full purchase price refund.
9. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
All returns must comply with our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and carry original tags. The specific return mailing address will be provided upon your request to our customer support team.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this website—including but not limited to branding, design, graphics, text, and logos—is the exclusive property of Trevano Solutions S.R.L. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVA RIDGEWAY LLC (including its officers and affiliates) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product in question.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Denver, Colorado, USA, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms periodically. Continued usage of our website following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
